Automated Intelligence has successfully secured the ISO 27001 and 9001 Certification, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to information security and quality management.

Both certifications have global recognition with ISO 27001 granted to organisations who effectively establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve information management practices.

ISO 9001 Certification focuses on key operational areas including operational efficiency, communication, risk management and decision-making.

Colin Flack, Security and Operations Manager, highlighted the importance of the ISO 27001 Certification and stated:

“At Automated Intelligence, we have taken major strides to ensure our IT systems adhere to best practices. This Certification serves as proof that we care about the security of our customers and that our policies in place to secure their digital information assets are robust.”
