A special Scottish Health Board, responsible for the development and delivery of education and training, NHS Education for Scotland (NES) has selected Automated Intelligence (AI) to help them migrate information and records to the Cloud.
The Board have chosen to decommission a legacy open source content management system, Alfresco by moving to Microsoft’s Office 365 Cloud platform. Using a tool from AI called AI.DATAPOINT, all relevant content will be migrated from Alfresco to Office 365 enabling the successful go-live within project timelines. The process that AI deploys means there will be no impact on the integrity of the data or the ability of the users to access the documentation. NHS Education for Scotland does not handle patient identifiable information and the new system complies with suitable Information Governance polices such as ISO27001.
Paul Donnelly (Project Lead – Cloud Transition) NHS Education for Scotland said:
“NHS Education for Scotland will be one of the first adopters of Office 365 and is working closely with NHS Scotland to drive forward this important piece of work. Our staff will benefit from greater integration, flexibility and productivity making it easier for staff to collaborate not only across NES but the wider NHS in Scotland. We are looking forward to working with Automated Intelligence to help us deliver the project successfully.”
