Automated Intelligence has pledged to support NHS frontline organisations by waiving all licence fees relating to its data management product during the current global health crisis.
We acknowledge the incredible pressures faced by the NHS in the fight against Covid-19 and want to support NHS organisations to manage their data requirements. As such, we have removed all license fees relating to our cloud-based platforms AI.DATALIFT and AI.SYNCPOINT for NHS frontline organisations over the next 3 months*.
During these unprecedented times, organisations are faced with the task of supporting staff to work remotely. This presents challenges for those NHS organisations which do not have the necessary cloud-based infrastructure to access their data securely. As such this leads to issues regarding data governance as business-critical information is not managed compliantly.
With AI.DATALIFT, NHS will be able to securely access necessary business information remotely from the cloud. As a Governance, Risk and Compliance platform, the product also applies relevant compliance policies to an organisation’s entire data estate, meaning data governance is not lost during this time of crisis.
As part of this offer, NHS organisations will be able to utilise AI.DATALIFT to assist with the following areas:
- Move data within an organisation efficiently and in a controlled manner
- Move data from on-premise file-shares and systems to Office365 or other cloud platforms to enable service continuity and establish new facilities
- Classify data and prioritise data with a range of source systems
- Restructure data to better serve the needs of a transforming NHS
- GDPR and risk analysis is a core part of all work to ensure regulatory compliance is not negatively impacted by short-term strategic actions
