Automated Intelligence has picked up two Certificates of Excellence at the iESE Public Sector Transformation Awards.
The annual Awards are an opportunity to celebrate and share the most innovative practices in transforming local public services.
AI collected a joint accolade with Somerset West & Taunton Council for the authority’s forward-thinking Digital Transformation Programme which saw it build a complete Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) using its existing Microsoft 365 investment.
The goals of the programme were to enhance user efficiency, reduce risk and improve security and you can read more about the council’s successful Transformation project here.
We were also presented with a Certificate of Excellence for our work in creating an easy to use, quick to deploy and cost-effective EDRMS.
The concept to create an accelerator programme which would enable local authorities to efficiently, effectively and successfully complete a cloud migration journey was born out of our extensive experience delivering similar systems across the entire Public Sector.
AI has created a solution that builds on the foundations of SharePoint Online and elevates it to meet the bespoke and complex needs of a local council.
We’re delighted that our work has been recognised by iESE, a body which has been working in public service improvement for over 16 years, and to be named a champion of innovation and best practice! Well done to all involved!
