Automated Intelligence has successfully secured the Quality Management standard, ISO 9001, demonstrating it is continually improving processes to enhance products, services and operations.
ISO 9001 is the world’s most recognised quality standard awarded in 178 countries. It helps organisations with operational efficiency, productivity, communication, decision-making and risk management.
Pauline Timoney, Operations Director at AI, said, “We’re continually improving our processes across the company, so to have this recognised was a natural step for us.
“It shows all our stakeholders that we are focused on quality to improve how we operate, whether this is identifying new opportunities or helping to ensure all regulatory requirements are met. We’re delighted to have been recognised as adhering to this international framework.”
Automated Intelligence was awarded ISO 9001 with the BSI Group.
