Automated Intelligence is to host a joint roundtable session with our partner risual on why organisations need to take control of risky legacy data before they move to the cloud.
The event, which will take place on Tuesday 10th September at risual’s HQ in Stafford, will explore the issue with having no insight into legacy data and why this is exposing organisations to potential legal and regulatory compliance risks.
The overall theme of the day is why the unparalleled data growth explosion means that organisations cannot simply ‘lift and shift’ their data to the cloud.
During the roundtable discussion, attendees will consider their current migration ‘blockers’, including not knowing how much data they have, what it contains and how much of this is ROT (redundant, obsolete and trivial information).
As well as the open discussion, attendees will hear from data experts from Automated Intelligence and risual on the solutions options for controlling increasing amounts of data and how organisations can maximise their ROI from an intelligent migration to the cloud.

The event is open to all those working in IT, data and compliance roles across their respective industries. The roundtable will take place from 9.30-11.30am and refreshments will be provided.
